Locava provides a platform that facilitates the sharing of location-based information, including but not limited to user-generated content, reviews, and recommendations for locations and experiences. This Service is provided for informational and personal use. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Locava and its licensors. The content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Locava.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Use of the Service is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
Locava, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that the content is accurate, reliable, or correct; that the Service will meet your requirements; that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; or that any errors will be corrected.
In no event shall Locava, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and /or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Locava and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Locava operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Locava regarding your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Locava with respect to the Service.
